Governance

Regulations and Policies underpin the work and administration of the Association and are created in accordance to the Constitution.

Regulations are adopted by members at a general meeting of the Association, these outline the specifics of processes and rules which have been expanded on from our Constitution. Policies are adopted and changed by the board and deal with various operational matters.

Woroni has a Grievances and Disputes Panel to determine any breaches of the Constitution, regulations, or policies. If you wish to bring a matter to the Panel, please email us at contact@woroni.com.au.
